About The Bungalow
The House
There are 3 bedrooms: 2 with queen beds, 1 with a full size bed. All beds are extremely comfortable, and dressed with luxury linens from Sferra, Peacock Alley and Pottery Barn (which is true for bath linens as well). You’ll find character in every room - original artwork, interesting touches, and comfortable furnishings. The house has 1 bathroom, which has a tub/shower combination, a living room, kitchen, and dining room (fully stocked with dishes, china and barware). There is high speed WiFi, a hi-def flatscreen tv in each bedroom, and a large flatscreen/dvd in the living room, and lots of board games.
The large parking area outside the house can easily accommodate an RV, trailer or multiple vehicles.

Perfectly located right off Hwy 221/S. Main Street at the trailhead of the Purple Martin Greenway! Walk out your front door and discover the beautiful biking/walking trail that takes you right into downtown Rutherfordton.
Also, the house is just a short distance from the Tryon International Equestrian Center, Lake Lure, and of course only minutes from Spindale and Forest City.

There is a 2 night minimum. Local occupancy taxes must be added to the rental fee. There is a $80 cleaning fee.
